Opened by celebrated U.S. Chef Robbin Haas in 2007, he has created a stylish French bistro in the heart of Antigua Guatemala, reminiscent of the bistros he frequented in his travels through France, he looked to have the comfortable neighborhood restaurant in which locals & travelers alike will find a second home.
